Aerva’s Pic2Screen in Times Square used for Interactive Diabetes Awareness Campaign
Advocates of diabetes awareness month have sent hundreds of photos to the Kodak Billboard in Times Square by emailing a photo to Kodak@aerva.com. Aerva’s Pic2Screen technology has a web based moderation engine that allows rapid acceptance or rejection of photos. Viacom uses Aerva Picture-to-Screen for 9/11 Tributes on MTV Screen in Times Square
Aerva’s Picture-to-Screen technology is being used for Viacom employees, celebrities and New York personalities to send their pictures along with their “I Will” tribute to the MTV digital billboard in Times Square. HSN Sells Out Kodak Camera by Demonstrating Aerva Technologies with Times Square Billboard
Eastman Kodak Company (NYSE: EK) sold Kodak M5370 Camera exclusively on HSN TV channel on September 4, 2011 to celebrate Kodak’s 100 Million cameras sold over the last fifteen years. HSN used Aerva’s Pic2Screen, a photo application, to demonstrate the “Share” button that sent photos live from HSN TV studios to display immediately on the Kodak Times Square digital billboard. Aerva’s streaming technologies were also used to show the Kodak LED billboard live results directly to the TV studio for all viewers to see the “shared” photo in Times Square. Continue reading

Aerva Wins at DSE Apex Awards
Aerva had a huge presence at Digital Signage Expo 2011 in Las Vegas this year with an exhibitor booth showing interactive applications and AerWave digital signage software, Apex Awards finalists, speakers at Seminar 55 “How to Make your Event Come Alive with Interactivity”, and Lunch & Learn: Public Spaces.
Visitors to the booth got the chance to try out Aerva’s latest technology offerings in mobile interactivity, social media, and digital display networks. Live demos of user-friendly and scalable digital signage platform, AerWave, were held during exhibition hours. The crowd favorites were all running live: SMS polling, Text2Screen, Pic2Screen, Twitter widget, and more. Continue reading
